English & Maths Certificates: those with GCSE or above won't need to completing the function skills element of the programme
Online application form: including identification check
Skill scan: to under the apprentice's view on their own knowledge, skills and behaviours and to demonstrate the requirement for training
CV: to understand each learners career progression and work history
Learning Style Questionnaire: to understand preferred styles of learning
Functional Skills Diagnostic: an online English and Maths assessment so each learner can be supported in the most appropriate way
Apprenticeship Agreement: between the learner and employer to identify the terms of the training, skills, duration and amount of off-the-job training
Commitment Statement: between learner, employer and training provider outlining roles and responsibilities.
Employer
Service agreement: between the employer and the training provider
Confirmation of employment terms: an email confirming employment start dates, contracted hours, start dates and contract length
Health & Safety checklist: questionnaire to be completed
Job description: to confirm the learner is able to meet the apprenticeship standard criteria
Apprenticeship Agreement: between the learner and employer to identify the terms of the training, skills, duration and amount of off the job training
Commitment Statement: between learner, employer and training provider outlining roles and responsibilities.
